Elder Care

With aging comes great wisdom and the need for some flexibility (both mentally and physically).  Work to maintain what you have, gain as much as you can of what you have lost, and find new ways for working with the things that have changed.  Massage can work on those areas that are sore from diminished strength, postural changes, arthritis and old injuries.  Exercise can assist in maintaining strength, endurance and balance for the fun that is still waiting to be had.  Specialized sessions for those individuals with chronic or acute conditions can be accommodated.

Jin Shin Acupressure

Enjoy a gentle session of bodywork with this ancient style of acupressure.  A map of pressure points will be chosen to meet the needs of the client and to assist in promoting the body's own healing potential.  These maps may be one of the traditional Extraordinary Channels or a flow more specific to the physical, emotional or spiritual need of the individual.

Therapeutic Massage

Enjoy a massage tailored specifically to your needs.  By combining the various techniques from styles such as, Swedish, Shiatsu and Tui na, you will experience a relaxing, muscle melting session.  Pressure will be adapted according the the health of the individual.

Yoga Instruction

Are you looking to deepen your existing yoga practice or experience why this ancient practice continues to be so popular?  Either way, an individualized, or small group yoga session, will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and balanced.

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We look forward to serving you!
